Clinical Psychologist, FounderJordan von Rajcs is a registered nurse, who earned his Masters degree in Nursing and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal Baptist University. He is passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health services for individuals and their families. As a Navy Veteran and a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency medicine, he has witnessed firsthand how unmet mental health needs can escalate into crisis situations. These experiences now drive his commitment to building more accessible, proactive mental health care.
Jordan brings a diverse background in healthcare, with experience in both high-acuity clinical settings and behind-the-scenes leadership roles. He has spent years working closely with patients and teams during some of their most difficult moments, which shaped his belief that care should be both clinically strong and genuinely compassionate. He values clear communication, trust, and creating an environment where people feel supported, not just treated.
In his role as Administrator for Coast and Canyon Psychological Services, Jordan focuses on building a space where people can access care without unnecessary barriers, and where providers can focus on what matters most; helping people feel better, heal, and move forward.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, playing golf, and working on home projects. He is also passionate about personal growth, entrepreneurship, and helping others build more stable, fulfilling lives.
