We provide virtual therapy for adults. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burn out, and life transitions. We also offer psychological assessment, including pre-surgical evaluations, diagnostic clarification for mood and personality concerns, and Veterans seeking mental health support.

What can I expect in the first therapy session?

The first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, background, and goals. We’ll also talk about how therapy works and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
We are awaiting in-network status with a few major insurance panels, so stay tuned for updates! Currently, we offer private pay and can also work with you to provide a super bill for insurance reimbursement.

We offer services virtually, using a secure video platform. All you need is a private location and reliable internet.

We are licensed clinical psychologists who bring years of experience and shared intention to this practice. We are dedicated to providing psychological services that are high quality and compassionate; the type of care we would want for ourselves and our loved ones.

We met in graduate school while training to become psychologists. After gaining experience in a variety of clinical settings such as Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, inpatient rehabilitation centers, and outpatient mental health clinics, we decided to open a practice based in shared values of humor, compassion, curiosity, and a belief in meaningful change.
